Dance and Celebrate

Last night I got the chance to dance and celebrate birthdays with friends I had not seen in a while. It reminded me that no matter how crazy busy you get, there are times in life when you just have to close the door behind you even if it’s just for a moment to celebrate life and dance! We all have a song that calls to our soul, (did one came to mind?) Put your worries away for that song, be present in the moment to notice the rhythms, the melody, the words and/or instruments, are you smiling yet? I hope so!

In Granada, Spain there is a hillside cave community Sacramonte known for its white architecture, colorful doors and flamenco. If there is a dance that is based on truly feeling the music into the deepest corners of your soul to get your body moving, this is on my top list!
